In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3.3 Registration Requirements. 3.6 Excluded Persons. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph367 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph367 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. ph367 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform, or to close inactive accounts following prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ph367 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC verification.
4.5 Account Suspension by ph367. ph367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, attempted manipulation of games, or any activity that ph367 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

5.3 Deposit Currency. All player accounts on ph367 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds deposited in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor, which may differ from interbank rates.

7.2 Malfunction Policy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in ph367's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph367 platform without prior written consent from ph367.

11.2 ph367's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their ph367 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph367 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph367 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph367's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 ph367 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission.
12.2 By registering a ph367 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph367 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
12.3 ph367 may share player personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction, without prior notice to the player concerned.
13.1 ph367 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph367 customer support for resolution through internal review. ph367 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of the formal written complaint being received.
14.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gambling in the Philippines. Players retain the right to pursue any dispute through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the above, ph367 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
